Image mis-match upload

Try uploading again with the following steps :


  1. Use an Incognito/InPrivate Window: Open your computer browser in an Incognito/InPrivate window and try uploading again.
  2. Drop the DCIM Folder: Drag & Drop your entire DCIM folder into the image uploader & wait for the uploader to match images & then click on "upload"


If you still experience issues:

  • Screenshot the Error: Please take a screenshot of the error message you're encountering during upload.
  • Contact Spexi Support:  You can then email the screenshot or create a ticket at the Spexi Support portal for further assistance.



Benefits of Uploading Specific Images:

This approach can be helpful if:

  • You only captured a specific set of images (119) you need to upload.
  • Uploading your entire DCIM folder is slow or cumbersome.
